This curriculum is designed to help investors of different types understand the connections between gender-based violence (GBV) and investments, including the hidden risks GBV poses to investment outcomes and opportunities to invest to prevent or mitigate the effects of violence.
The GBV curriculum is comprised of 3 modules. The first lays out the connections between GBV and investments, and illustrates how GBV is relevant to 3 core investment lenses. The second and third modules are tailored to 3 investor types: investors in private companies, investors in public markets, and DFIs. The curriculum also includes a glossary of terms and additional resources related to various aspects of investing with a GBV lens.This curriculum will continue to evolve to include new research, tools, perspectives, and more.
